"This is the first book written about Narnia. It is about four children who get into Narnia when it is eternal winter and where a cruel witch named the White Witch rules. The children receive help from talking animals and a lion named Aslan as the eternal winter spell is broken, making it spring. They fight an amazing battle against the witch and her army and win, killing the witch. They are crowned kings and queens, two of each. One day they find where they entered Narnia and go through back to the mansion they are staying in."
