"My favorite quote was 'That flagon! That wicked flagon!' because Rip regrets drinking. At first I thought I'd like this book because Rip was a very happy man.
The main character is named Rip Van Winkle. He only wants to be happy and have fun with the kids in his village. The problems are, he is lazy and drinks a lot. He doesn't have fun with the kids because he fell asleep for 20 years.
I'd give this book a 3 out of 5 because I just thought it was average. Not great, not bad. I didn't really have a favorite part."
