As such, he's become quite a brat as he never really suffers any consequences for his actions (or inactions). But when he decides to run away, Prince Brat comes to depend on, learn from, and befriend his whipping boy, Jemmy. Meet additional characters such as Hold-Your-Nose Billy and Cutwater that add to the silliness. Carolyn enjoyed this one.
